About us
Rat Wash NZ began in 2019 with our grandfather, Robbie Allen. A hardworking man with a deep love for trucks and the transport industry. After purchasing his own trucks and building his transport business from the ground up, Robbie created space to wash and care for his fleet himself. What started as a practical solution quickly became something more.
In 2023, Drae Clare joined Robbie, starting from the ground up and learning the business hands-on. Day after day, Robbie witnessed Drae’s determination, work ethic, and genuine respect for the craft. Over time, that trust grew into an opportunity, one that would keep Rat Wash NZ in the family and carry its values forward.
Robbie offered us the chance to take over Rat Wash NZ, and we proudly accepted. Today, we continue his legacy with the same dedication, pride, and attention to detail that Rat Wash NZ was built on honouring where we came from while driving the business forward.
